Each masseur will be happy to mix a mix from their arsenal that will help with your health problems.

Passive stretching techniques - 30 min - 20 euros

Stretching shortened muscles by a physiotherapist is a common therapeutic method used to restore normal range of motion, reduce muscle tension, prevent injuries and improve musculoskeletal function. It improves flexibility and range of motion, reduces muscle tension and pain, helps correct posture, serves as injury prevention and prepares the body for active movement or rehabilitation.

Relaxation massage - 60 min - 40 euros

It is a gentle, soothing technique aimed at total relaxation of the body and mind. It is not a therapeutic (medical) massage, but a massage whose main goal is to reduce stress, improve blood and lymph circulation and induce deep peace. It relieves muscle tension, reduces stress and mental tension, improves sleep quality, supports lymphatic and blood circulation and can improve mood

Manual lymphatic massage - 60 min - 50 euros

A very gentle technique reminiscent of stroking, but extremely effective. It is a relaxation-regeneration and detoxification procedure performed mostly dry, sometimes with oil. At the beginning and during the treatment, the nodes on the treated part of the body are emptied by pressure and the lymph in the subcutaneous tissue is smoothed out with slow, gentle strokes in precisely defined directions.

It is recommended to undergo lymphatic drainage several times in a row (e.g. 2 times a week for a month in a row). However, the effect is often visible after the first treatment - the skin is smoother, swelling and signs of cellulite subside and the body is more beautifully shaped. A person feels lighter overall and lymphatic drainage also has a good effect on the psyche - it calms, relaxes, and tunes.

Well-executed lymphatic drainage can trigger stronger detoxification processes, accompanied by, for example, a temporary headache, a feeling of fatigue, etc. However, regular lymphatic drainage improves lymph flow and thus immunity.

REBOOTS (leg and arm sleeves) - Instrumental lymphatic drainage - 30 min - 10 euros

Lymphatic drainage is an effective and gentle therapy of the lymphatic system. It reduces swelling, contributes to the proper functioning of the lymphatic system, removes harmful substances from the metabolism, improves blood circulation, oxygenates tissues and supplies them with nutrients. It has regenerative, detoxifying and relaxing effects. The principle of lymphatic drainage is to mechanically stimulate and support the removal of accumulated residual fluids and decay products.

The effects of lymphatic drainage are wide. It has a positive effect on:

  • thrombosis

  • varicose veins

  • various types of swelling

  • skin diseases (eczema, acne)

  • strokes

  • sclerosis

  • headaches and migraines

  • obesity

  • joint disease (arthrosis)

  • constipation

  • weakened immunity

  • arthritis (gout)

  • scars after surgery or injuries

  • detoxification and regeneration of the body

Lymphatic drainage is also used for cosmetic procedures, such as slowing down skin aging, body shaping, after liposuction or facelift. It is also useful as a prevention if cellulite or varicose veins often occur in the family history.

Soft techniques - 60 min - 40 euros

Don't be fooled by the name - soft techniques are not exactly gentle. It is a dry manipulation (without massage agent) of the skin and tissues under the skin's surface. Clients with loose skin praise the treatment, while those with stuck tissues wipe away their tears.

Some touches from soft techniques are used at the beginning of a classic massage. The advantage is the relaxation of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and fascia, which removes stiffness (the back may not hurt, but it is stiff and inflexible) of the muscles, which also relaxes the joints, tendons and the entire musculoskeletal system works better. Regular inclusion of this treatment in the massage set prevents surface tissues from hardening and sticking together.

Infrared sauna - 30 min - 10 euros

This is a type of sauna that uses infrared radiation to heat the body - specifically infrared rays of type C (the safest and most used). Unlike a classic Finnish sauna, it does not heat the air, but penetrates directly into the body's tissues (2-4 cm deep), where it creates heat and stimulates processes in the body.

The infrared sauna has built-in infrared heaters that emit heat similar to the sun's rays (without UV radiation).

• The temperature ranges from 40 °C to 60 °C, so it is milder and more bearable than in a Finnish sauna (which is 80-100 °C).

• The stay usually lasts 20-40 minutes.

The main effects of an infrared sauna on the body:

1. Detoxification of the body

• Sweating caused by infrared radiation is deeper and more effective → flushing out toxins (heavy metals, chemicals, alcohol).

2. Pain relief and regeneration

• Deep overheating relaxes muscles and joints.

• Helps with:

• back, lower back, neck pain,

• arthritis and rheumatism,

• regeneration after sports performance.

3. Improves blood circulation

• Heat dilates blood vessels → better oxygenation of tissues.

• Can reduce high blood pressure (with regular and controlled use).

4. Supports weight loss

• 200–600 calories, depending on the temperature and the individual body's reaction. The body has to regulate its temperature and cool itself - which requires energy.

Health exercise - 30 min - 20 euros

A purposeful and professionally guided exercise therapy that serves to treat, prevent or regenerate the musculoskeletal system. It is adapted to the individual needs of the patient (e.g. back pain, after injuries, surgeries, scoliosis, herniated discs, etc.)

The exercise is aimed either at relieving pain (e.g. back, neck), correcting posture, stabilizing the spine and joints, strengthening weakened muscles or relaxing overworked or shortened muscles.

Kinesiotaping - 10 euros

A treatment method in which special elastic tapes are applied to the skin. These help to relax overworked muscles, relieve pain, support the proper function of joints and muscles and improve lymphatic and blood circulation. It is used for back pain, joint pain, sports injuries, swelling or to support proper posture. The tape does not restrict movement and can be worn for several days.

Laser - stand-alone therapy 15 euros, as part of the treatment 10 euros

Laser is a modern device that uses low-level laser therapy to relieve pain and promote healing in acute and chronic problems. It has a biostimulating, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. The effectiveness depends on the specific problem and the duration of the disease.

In acute problems such as sprains, muscle strains, acute tendonitis or fresh soft tissue injuries, it acts quickly against pain and swelling. Laser radiation activates cell metabolism, supports microcirculation and helps to remove inflammatory substances faster. This shortens the healing time, relieves pain and prevents the problem from developing into a chronic phase. For example, patients with acute calf strain, Achilles tendonitis, fresh cervical spine pain after a bad movement or acute sciatic pain experience rapid relief after just a few applications.

For chronic problems such as long-term back pain, knee or hip osteoarthritis, tennis elbow, heel spur or carpal tunnel, it has a significant biostimulating and analgesic effect. The laser supports tissue regeneration at the cellular level, improves nutrition of damaged or degenerated structures, relieves muscle spasms and reduces the sensitivity of nerve endings. In patients with long-term pain, there is an improvement in mobility, a reduction in inflammation and a gradual disappearance of painful symptoms. For diagnoses such as chronic cervicalgia (neck pain), lumbalgia (lower back pain), chronic tendonitis (tendinitis), trigeminal neuralgia, scars after surgery or poorly healing wounds, regular use of the laser can be an effective part of comprehensive treatment.

In both cases - acute and chronic - the advantage is that the therapy is non-invasive, painless and can be used at home.

Movement is life.

A characteristic, a habit and the most elementary ability of a person. Just as I try to improve my own movement every day, I also try to improve and bring the movements of my patients to perfection and functionality.
